Our Story
Mountain Pine Grazing Co was born from our well-known catering company "The Catered Event , LLC", a locally-owned, women operated Colorado business based out of our private commercial kitchen in Gypsum, CO.
With the onset of a global pandemic and Covid-19, the challenges presented to all of us in the food industry required us to find creative ways to pivot and reinvent! Through all the changes, beautifull creative ventures emerged! Mountain Pine Grazing Company has been just that!

Owner Michelle New has been making delicious charcuterie boards and sweet & savory platters for her clients in the Vail Valley for over three decades.(1992)
To comply with local health restrictions for the food industry, during the challenges of the pandemic, she decided to reconstruct her delicious grazing platters into signature food boxes /platters and boards, available for pickup or delivery.
With her many decades of catering and chef experience, transforming The Catered Event's popular appetizer catering options into a more practical in the box with door step delivery service during those challenging days, just made sense!! It became hugely popular indeed.

With the passing of time, our offerings have expanded to include Beautiful Grazing Tables, special catering bundles and extra add-ons from our catering company.

We have developed a signature style with offerings selected from some of our most popular specialties from our catering company, The Catered Event,LLC to give you a truly unique, truly local ambiance.
Our Grazing options are filled with delicious traditional charcuterie style meats, gourmet cheeses, fresh/dry fruits, nuts, and olives just to name some of the ingredients - along with add on options such as crudities trays, Small bites sandwiches , salads & dessert boards....
Myself, my family and my extended family have been enjoying delectable food from The Catered Event, LLC for many years... and Graze Well Vail does not fail to please!!! Would highly recommend!
